Right to withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date you receive the consignment (the working days are calculated from the proven date of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged.


Terms for correctly exercising the right to withdrawal

To be able to exercise your right to withdrawal you must respect these simple terms to enable receiving the refund for your purchase:

Your notification that you wish to return the products must be received by our Customer Care department within 14 working days at most from the date you received the delivery, otherwise your refund request will not be taken into consideration.

The returned products must be sent in a single dispatch and, preferably, in their original packing. Product refunds will not be accepted if the products refer to the same order but are dispatched separately.

The products must be returned complete and without any signs of having been used or damaged.


Return request

Complete the online return procedure by clicking on the following link. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Care, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not: the authorization from the Customer Care will be confirmed by an email.


Shipping methods and costs

In any case, our Customer Care will arrange for our express courier to collect it so that you can return the product.

For returns from Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Hungary, no return costs will be charged.

For returns from other countries, the return costs are as follows:

  • EUR 20.00 (twenty/00) for EU countries, except Cyprus and Malta;
  • EUR 30.00 (thirty/00) for the following countries: Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia and Turkey;
  • EUR 75.00 (seventy-five/00) for all other non-EU countries.

Any customs charges and local fees for returns originating from non-EU countries shall be borne by you, and, to make this easier, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return has been received, an employee will evaluate the status of the products, reconditioning them and proceeding with the closure of the management of your request. Each activity will be notified to you by email and you can follow it at the same time by accessing your reserved area.

We remind you that gasjeans.com does not allow exchanges of goods but reimburses the cost of the returned items.
By respecting all the conditions listed, gasjeans.com will refund you the total price of the products purchased.

Refusal to accept the returns by Gas Jeans

If the returned products are damaged or have been used, Gas Jeans reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, you may decide to receive the purchased products back, but the dispatch costs will be your responsibility. You will not be able to refuse to accept the consignment.

Send your return from the country in which you placed the order. We will not accept the returns from the different countries.


Refund time
The full refund for the products will be made within 14 days at latest from the date the returns have been received. The time for the refund could vary depending on the payment method you used, to be precise:

  • Credit card: the technical time for receiving the refund depends on the bank that issued your card. The value credit date will be the same as the debit date.
  • PayPal: the refund will be issued on the credit card used when placing the order and can take up to 2/3 working days, depending on the banks.
  • Scalapay: the refund will be issued on your Scalapay account and you will see it in 2/3 working days, depending on the banks. Scalapay will issue a notification of the refund.
